The Luverne Tigers put the JU Blacksher Bulldogs in the dog house Friday night with a final score of 34-7.
“I thought our kids played with a lot of energy and a lot of effort,” Luverne Head Coach Jason Rowell said. “That is something as a coach you don’t want to have to teach and they just have it.”
Kee-Shaun Glanton was the stand out of the night with 10 carries, 188 yards, and found the end zone again and again.
We made several mistakes that are fixable and correctable,” Rowell said. The defensive line saw an offense that we don’t see very often, but they were able to adjust and held them to zero points most of the game. “
“I think we did great and we are going to continue to get better,” Rowell said.
