1A Best in Class Band

The Brantley High School Emerald Wave Marching Band traveled to Andalusia Saturday morning to compete in the A-Town Invitational Band Competition.
The Emerald Wave performed shortly before 2 p.m. for judges and spectators. Several parents, students, and fans cheered the band on during and after the performance.
The Emerald Wave traveled home with all superior ratings which include drum major, color guard, dance line, percussion, band. They also received a trophy and bragging rights for Best in Class 1A band out of the five total bands competing.
