Crenshaw Christian Academy’s varsity volleyball team defeated Coosa Valley Academy on Oct. 19. The Lady Cougars bested the Rebels in five sets (10-25, 25-20, 8-25, 25-21, 15-10) and advanced to the Alabama Independent Schools Association’s State Tournament where they fell to Escambia Academy in five sets.(22-25, 21-25, 28-26, 25-14, 13-15) on Tuesday.

Tanna Singleton will represent CCA on the all-star team this Saturday.
