Crenshaw Christian Academy (CCA) traveled to Cecil Friday where they defeated Macon-East Montgomery Academy 29-0.

Seniors Brayden Moore, No. 7 and Drake Mills, No. 22 found the endzone for two and one rushing touchdowns, respectively. Junior Preston Eddins received a touchdown pass from Moore for another Cougar touchdown. 

Mills also earned a two-point conversion and together the Cougars did not give away a single point to the Knights in the non-region game.

Moore ran 124 of CCA’s 250 yard gains during the game. Junior Dalton Jordan and Mills each made 10 solo tackles, assisting for five and four respectively.

Now 5-2, and second in their region, the Cougars host 0-6 Coosa Valley for their homecoming game on Oct. 6.
