The Luverne Kiwanis Club met June 18 and heard from David Hughes, CEO of Crenshaw Community Hospital (CCH). Hughes and David Bowling with the management group Alliant talked about upcoming additions to the facility’s care offerings. The two also described how CCH is pursuing a critical access hospital classification with Medicare, an option which will allow the facility to recoup care costs while exploring the expansion of services.

The Luverne Kiwanis Club meets at noon on the first and third Tuesday of each month at the Chicken Shack.
