Milo, a two-year-old Miniature Dachshund has captured the heart of his owner-Highland Home resident Madison Lowery and has been named the Crenshaw County Animal Clinic Pet of the Week.

Milo is a delightful little dog with a unique charm, starting with his striking eyes—one of them is half blue and half brown. This distinctive feature makes him stand out among other dogs and adds to his captivating personality according to his owner.

Milo is quite smart. He can follow several commands, including “sit” and “shake.”

One of Milo’s favorite pastimes is digging holes in the yard. This energetic little digger can spend hours exploring and creating new hideouts in the backyard. When he’s not busy digging, Milo loves to relax under his special blanket, a cozy spot where he feels safe and comfortable.

Belly rubs are another of Milo’s cherished activities. He revels in the attention and affection, often rolling over to invite anyone nearby to give him a good rub. His love for belly rubs is rivaled only by his fondness for treats.

While Milo isn’t a picky eater, he has a particular taste for homemade treats from Southern Pawz in Luverne. These special goodies always bring a wag to his tail.
