* Grace Bible Church at 4737 Montgomery Highway in Luverne will start the “Love and Respect” DVD marriage series by Emerson Eggrichs. Classes meet every other Sunday at 6 p.m. 

* The Alabama-Crenshaw Baptist Association will host its monthly food pantry on July 20 from 9 – 10:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Luverne. Volunteers are needed, starting at 8:30 a.m.

* Camp Ground Methodist Church is holding its 207th homecoming service Sunday, July 21 beginning at 10:30 a.m. Dr. Lester Spenser, president pro-tempore of the ABC Conference will preach. A covered dish lunch follows the worship service.

* Chapel Hill Baptist Church will host Vacation Bible School July 21 – 24 from 6-8:15 p.m.

* Dozier Baptist Church will hold Vacation Bible School July 22 – 25 from 6-8 p.m.

* The Chuck Wagon Gang will be in concert at New Ebenezer Baptist Church July 27 at 6 p.m.

* Union Baptist Church will hold its annual homecoming service July 28 at 11 a.m. with guest speaker John Ross Massey. Revival will be held July 29 – 31 at 7 p.m. with guest speaker Daniel Wilson on Tuesday and Massey on Monday and Wednesday.

* Pleasant Home Baptist Church is hosting Vacation Bible School Aug. 3. Time and theme will be announced at a later date.

* Brantley Baptist Church will host a homecoming service Aug. 4 featuring guest speaker Jack Anderson at 11 a.m.

* Glenwood Baptist Church will hold revival services Aug. 12 – 14 featuring guest speaker Avert Walker nightly at 7 p.m.
