Luverne’s own Trista Foster was honored by ITAC as the October Employee of the Month. Ranked by her supervisor, Tina Hudson, as excellent in the areas of teamwork, helpfulness, attendance, conduct, problem solving and motivation, Foster is described as someone deserving of the recognition.

“Trista is faithful to her job with excellent attendance,” Hudson wrote in Foster’s nomination. “She will help anyone that needs help, even if it means staying past her line’s finish time or even if it is another department [needing assistance.] For this, I think she should be ‘top banana.’”
