As part of the quality department, Nochebueno is known for his attention to detail, ensuring that his inspections are of the highest standards. Supervisors said that when asked to perform multiple tasks, he accomplishes them thoroughly and with confidence. Nochebueno received a certificate, gift card and reserved parking as his reward for excellence.
