The Crenshaw County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday afternoon that a person reported missing had been located.

The department asked for the public’s assistance in locating Gabriel Antonio Finch and issued a missing person alert through the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Fusion Center around 9:30 a.m. Finch was located around 1 p.m. and reunited with his family.

Finch is a 20-year-old white male and may be living with a condition that may impair his judgement. When reported missing, he had last been seen on Jan. 15, at approximately 9 p.m. wearing navy blue sleep pants with an anchor pattern and an unknown color shirt and shoes in the area of Moody’s Crossroads Road in Luverne.

Chris Stewart, Chief Deputy with the Crenshaw County Sheriff’s Office said Finch reached out the department.

“I spoke to him and had the Huntsville Police Department check on him,” Stewart said.
