Crenshaw County students named to Troy honors lists

Troy University released its honors lists for the Fall semester and Term 2 of the 2024-25 academic year Friday. Among those named to the university’s Provost’s and Chancellor’s list were 32 Crenshaw County natives.
Chancellor’s List scholars are full-time undergraduate students who are registered for at least 12 semester hours and who earn a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0. Crenshaw County students named to the list are:
* From Brantley: Josie Knighten, Thomas Compton and Ashley Brunson;
* From Highland Home: Donaven Roberson;
* From Honoraville: Lance Thierfelder;
* Rutledge: Hannah Burgans and Alana Killough;
* From Luverne: Christopher Hale, Elijah Brooks, Sophie Kelly, Savannah Jones and Taylor McLeod; and
* Glenwood: Meagan Hughes, Samuel Edwards, Harleigh Bozeman and Megan Adams.
The university recognizes full-time undergraduate students who are registered for at least 12 semester hours and who have a grade point average of at least 3.65 on its Provost’s List. Local scholars named to the list are:
* From Brantley: Elizabeth Crawley, Carrington Grissom, Lucas Kilcrease, Maliyah Roberts;
* From Glenwood: Katherine Bozeman, Caitlin Hughes, Katelyn Davis and Addie Killingsworth;
* From Honoraville: Kara Dasalla and MacKenzie Blackmon;
* From Lapine: Analise Mokler and Mya Stringer;
* From Luverne: Wyatt Cornett, MacKenzie Daniel and Sommer Cornelius; and
* From Highland Home: Natalee Register.
The Fall Semester includes students at the Troy campus. Term 2 includes students at TROY’s campuses in Dothan, Phenix City and Montgomery, Ala., along with locations outside of Alabama and online.
