The Crenshaw County Board of Education recognized the top two highest achieving seniors, the valedictorian and salutatorian, from each school at its April 15 meeting. Honorees were (bottom row, left to right) Highland Home School (HHS) Valedictorian Abbie Lee Herring and Brantley High School Ansley Michelle Brunson and (top row, left to right) Luverne High School (LHS) valedictorian Carson Marcus Simmons and salutatorian Wyatt Owen Cornett, Brantley High School salutatorian Marcus Jordan Mayes and HHS salutatorian Robert Lane Duett.

“We are so proud of each of you,” school system representatives said in a post on social media.
