Fayte Perdue Spear of Vestavia Hills-Birmingham, Alabama died on June, 29, 2021.  She was born in La Pine, Alabama and had lived in Vestavia since 1964.  She will be buried at Rocky Mt. Cemetery in La Pine and a private family service will be held at a later date.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William F. Spear, also a native of La Pine, AL and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.G. Perdue. She had three sons, Eric P. Bush (Pam), of Tampa, FL, Wade J. Bush of Hanceville, AL. and Jim Bush of Birmingham, AL. Also one grandson, Nathan J. Bush of Birmingham, AL.
