Hospital holds pumpkin decorating contest
By Staff Reports
The festive spirit of Halloween filled the air at Crenshaw Community Hospital on Oct.31 as employees showcased their creativity in the annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest. The hospital’s lobby was transformed into a whimsical pumpkin wonderland as the imaginative pumpkins were displayed.
In addition to recognizing the most creative and spookiest pumpkins, the judges awarded prizes for “people’s choice” and the “best representation of Breast Cancer Awareness,” an important category that emphasized the hospital’s commitment to promoting awareness and support for breast cancer patients and survivors.
The judging panel for the contest included Haley Mitchell Godwin, Chelsea Norris and Jackie Powell.
