Crenshaw Animal Clinic Wonderful Winter Pet of the Season-Diesel and Gracie
Diesel and Gracie, the dynamic duo belonging to Pam Salter of Luverne, have emerged victorious as the winners of the Crenshaw Animal Clinic Wonderful Winter Pet of the Season. The canine companions secured their title and personalized prize package from Crenshaw Animal Clinic by capturing the hearts of the community with their irresistible charm, amassing the highest number of online votes.
Diesel, the gentle giant, has added a bit of heft to his frame since his last public appearance in Sept. when the pair was featured, now tipping the scales at a whopping 195 pounds. Gracie, the petite charmer, may have gained a mere four ounces, but her endearing antics and newfound hobbies have certainly grown.
Gracie has developed a new passion for collecting. Her collection knows no bounds but she does enjoy collecting things such as phone chargers, hair clips, ponytail holders, bottle caps, shoes and anything else she can manage to drag off. Notably, she enjoys bringing a touch of the outdoors into the household and after every outdoor adventure incorporates nature pieces like leaves, sticks, pine cones and rocks into her eclectic collection.
Tim and Pam Salter, proud pet parents, have continued to shower their furry companions with affection and, in Diesel’s case, abundant treats. “He still has a hearty appetite for anything in sight,” Salter said, speaking of Diesel’s insatiable love for all things edible.
In a recent milestone, Gracie experienced her first big girl haircut,an experience she vehemently protested against. “She absolutely hated it,” Pam said.
Salter is grateful for the support and recognition her furry companions have received, and she looks forward to many more adventures and heartwarming moments with her precious pups.
